WHAT DO WE DO, EXACTLY?

LIVE SCRIBING
YOU SAY IT, WE DRAW IT - LIVE!
Ideal for keynotes, workshop activities, conversations, brainstorming sessions, discussions and presentations. It can be performed using traditional materials (markers on whiteboard, paper and foam board) or digitally via a tablet and some nifty apps. When the dust has settled, all the artwork created is delivered to you cleaned-up, presentation-ready, in digital format, fit for distribution via your comms team.
Remote Scribing: Our method of remote scribing is best in class:
Plug & Play! Integrates with all the big video-conferencing platforms with ease.

Requirements:
Traditional Method: an area close to the action, where your scribe can listen and draw.
Digital Method: a chair and desk close to a power supply, (usually close to the A/V team on large events).
Remote Method: all we need is a meeting to attend - as long as we can hear, we can scribe… oh, and no time-zone is out of bounds!

KNOWLEDGE WALL
THE STORY OF YOUR EVENT, IN MURAL FORM
This usually takes the form of a large-scale mural and does not happen in real time. It will contain key facts, figures, statistics, thoughts, ideas and nuggets of wisdom captured throughout your event from start to finish. A ‘K-wall’ is usually created using traditional materials (markers on whiteboard, paper and foam board).

Requirements:
Content, content, content! This will come from a representative of each of the stakeholders or ‘characters’ involved. Getting the content together involves a lot of engagement and a lot of creativity from your team, and in the end, the voice of the people and their unique perspectives will come out strongly.
